Innovatio Consulting LLC was founded to bring RN-led wound care and clinical consulting directly to the people and facilities who need it most across Central Florida.
Our Mission
We believe wound care should be clinical, compassionate, and convenient. Whether we're training facility staff on compliance standards, providing bedside care for a family member, or supporting a client through recovery after a cosmetic procedure, our goal is the same: reduce complications, support healing, and give patients and families confidence along the way.
Innovatio Consulting LLC serves patients and facilities throughout Kissimmee, Poinciana, Orlando, Southwest Orlando, Davenport, Celebration, and Saint Cloud, Florida — meeting people where they are, literally and clinically.
RN-Led Care
Every service Innovatio Consulting LLC provides is led by a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with clinical wound care experience. That means assessments, education, and training are grounded in real clinical judgment — not a generic checklist.
Deborah is a Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of clinical experience, holding a BSN along with Wound Care Certified (WCC) and Wound Care Certified Ostomy (WCOC) credentials.
What draws Deborah to wound care is simple: she loves being part of the healing process. There's a real moment of relief for a patient and their family when a wound that once felt frightening or overwhelming starts to visibly improve, and that moment is what keeps her going. She started Innovatio Consulting to bring that same hands-on, attentive care directly into people's homes, so no one has to navigate healing alone or feel like just another appointment on someone's schedule.
